Hidden field is still required

There is a missing feature that affects the usage of the conditional rules.
If a field is required but dependent on being shown by the value of another field the validation does not recognize this and fails even if the field is hidden.

Ideally the validation should recognize that the field is shown/dependent to make it mandatory.
