I am sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue.

We have received reports of hidden fields not saving values on form submissions and our developers are currently working on a fix for this. Can you please share an export of the form so that we could see if we can offer any help until a fix for the issue is released?

Upon importing the form you shared to a test website, I noticed that most of the hidden fields were left blank and no custom values are configured. However, upon adding a value to one of the fields and submitting the form, the value was successfully saved. Please note, if you select Custom Value as the Default Value of the Hidden Field, you should provide a value that has to be saved on the form submission. I was unable to notice any issues with the rest of the hidden fields on your form.

I value those fields later via JS and if I inspect my code they are valued correctly
but then when i go to submit the form they are not submitted

Sorry for the inconvenience, the team is already working on a solution to this issue and the fix will be released in an upcoming update.

Meanwhile you can test these alternatives:

1. Disable/enable the option to load form using AJAX. Look for the Behavior tab > Rendering > Load form using AJAX option and enable / disable based on the current setting. Then test if the hidden fields are submitted in this way. (This is recommended before downgrading)
2. If the above recommendation doesn’t make any change, as a temporary alternative, install a previous version of the plugin from this page while the new one is released:

   (Scroll down until you see the previous versions section)

My client is also having this issue, first noted on 4/10. Just posting so I can follow this thread. We’ve successfully gone back to an old version of the plugin. Thanks!
