Hidden Field seems broken

  • Good day,

    It seems that the plugin isn’t displaying the hidden field correctly and isn’t pulling in the country/ip when submitted. The entry is empty.

    I have installed the required GeoIP Detect Plugin.

    What would the issue be for this?

    On WP 4.9.8
    PHP 7.2
