    Hi UrbanRealtyToronto.

All the hiding/unhiding of form fields is controlled via the plugin vs. on MailChimp so you don’t have to leave your site to make those settings.

I just want to make sure you’re hiding the fields by expanding a field and clicking “Hide Field

Then hitting the “Update Form” button:

Let me know if you’ve done those 2 things and the form is still showing the hidden field on your site even after refreshing the page and then we can move on to the next step of troubleshooting.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Do you have the hide label option checked as well? If so, you’ll only want the hide field label checked.

Can you share a link to the page you are having issues with?

    Thanks,
    Evan

no i did not. i will try it. the form was taken down.

also the formatting is awful it spreads along the entire page, just not looking professional.

overall my experience is tiring, lengthy, very zero success, the form page is a mess, click here, then over there… some parts of the page not show unless you have a large screen… too much work for little results

i cant hide “show some love” part and all those stars are in my face nonstop

    etc tec
