    Hi,

    Someone can explain to me why (for instance) I have 20 files in a folder (named “blue” for – blue fabrics)

    But…. Only I can see and use only 7. the others have disappeared…

    A few days before, a lot of my pictures also disappeared . I had to rebuilt my all fabric catalog on my web site (and trust me… it’s LONG)

    Can I trust this plug?

    Thanks for reaching out. Based on what you described I think there something went wrong on your site. Could you clear cache to see if it helps?

    If it does not, please let me know the theme, plugins on your site and your WordPress version too.

    it didn’t work and I have the same problem on multiple computers.

    I’ve had too many problems with the extension too. I no longer have confidence, I prefer to change it. Thank you for the answer.

    Thank you for your reply. I don’t think I asked for assistance on the review I left. It was a regular review . I did not know that we could not modify any more afterwards. I no longer prefer to leave a review anyway.

    I opened a question next to it in the “topic” section. I obviously have a problem with the extension that comes from me, so I wanted to remove the review because it was not objectif.

    Can you delete this topic too? I’d like to star over

    Thank you kelly I found a plugin which bothers with filebird. That was the problem: “Colissimo shipping methods for WooCommerce” . it’s a french shipping plugin

    I disabled it because I need filebird more.

    I don’t know how to you use both… I made a choice!

    If possible, you could get in touch with the tech support of that plugin to fix issues with the library plugin, but I am glad that you made a choice for FileBird and I hope you could find alternative plugin to that WooCommerce plugin ??

    Thank you for your answers . according to the plugin’s technical support,
    it is related to the last wordpress update. I will try what he told me and if not so much I will replace his plugin with another.
