Hidden from Editors

It seems that this plugin is hidden from Editors on my site, and I can’t figure out why. I deleted the plugin I use to control feature access but it is still hidden (and I had never had it hidden in the first place). I believe that it was initially visible for Editors, and now it is gone. Any suggestions? Thanks!
