Hidden input first element in content

Hey there,

Thank you for that great plugin. We’ve been using it for years now.

There was one thing bugging me:
I wanted to remove the top margin on the first element in the content, but found out that <input class="jpibfi" type="hidden"> was actually the first element.
Is it neccessary to put it inside the content? It could be moved to the footer as well, couldn’t it?

Can you change this or is it not worth it?

PS: In the meantime, I’m selecting the first element by .entry-content > .jpibfi + *
