Hidden notification appears again

I use this plugin for the notification “There are one or more required or recommended plugins to install, update or activate. Please contact the administrator of this site for help.” that normal users get on my site. It worked well, but since the newest update the notification appears again.

Can you please post a list of the plugins and themes you’re currently using so I can try and reproduce the issue you’re dealing with?
By the way, did you disable the “Hide Dashboard Notices Only for Admins” option so the “Hide Notifications” settings will work for all backend users? You can check the screenshot below for more info:
