Hidden page

I hope I posted in the right forum!
My english home page has this slug
https://www.venicediving.com/en/venice-diving-2Because I cannot assign the slug without the “2” since it seems to belong to some page that I cannot find in the whole website (even after 3 days of non stop searching)
What about this picture when tyiping the url:
https://www.venicediving.com/en/venice-divingit should be the reason why on the home page I got
https://www.venicediving.com/en/venice-diving-2Should I delete the picture and see?
