hidden processing fee addon

Hi Aerin,

Thanks for this plugin, I think it is great! very useful.

I was wondering if you could help. I would like to add an additional amount, alongside the total amount to pay as a processing fee. I would not like this to show on the form, but as a hidden amount which only shows up as another item when redirected to paypal. I would like this amount to be 5% of whatever the total amount to pay is.

Does this make sense? Can this be added into the code somehow?
