Here goes another two questions from me: ??

    1. Is it possible for the page with the signup form to be hidden? I don’t want just anyone to be able to sign up – only people WHO have paid the membership fee. For instance, is it possible to make it so that the signup form only displays when folloing a specific link that we can send by email to paying members?

    2. There are a few fields that I’d like to include in the signup form for sorting purposes, but I’d rather not have the show in the [pdb_single] list. Is that possible?

You can set up your signup form on a page that has a name that con’t be easily guessed, then only people with the link will be able to go there. It’s not high security, but it will work and it’s very simple to set up.

You can have groups that are not for public display. On the manage database fields page, under the field groups tab, any group that has “display” unchecked won’t be shown by default on the frontend, but you can use them as hidden fields in a signup form, for instance.

Thanks, I figured it out using the ‘groups’ tag with the [pdb_signup] shortcode.
As for hiding th signup page, I guess I’ll just have it password protected.
