    Perhaps I’m not thinking straight today and this is really simple to do, but I currently have a old school form on my site that uses this hidden input value to collect information about the sender:
    <input name="env_report" value="REMOTE_HOST,REMOTE_ADDR,REMOTE_USER,HTTP_USER_AGENT,HTTP_REFERER" type="hidden">

    How do I do that in the fields section of the setup?

    Cancel that request! I just found that I don’t need that with your form. Enabling the Honey Pot Spam Trap did that and more!
