hidden wp-admin cant connect

    Hiding your WP-Admin on a Child site will not cause an issue, this help doc explains more.

    Since that wouldn’t be the cause of your issue, please submit a support ticket and attach the following:

    1. The System Report file from Dashboard and Child site which can be found on the MainWP > Server information page.
    2. Any errors you see listed on MainWP > Server Information > Error Log page
