Hide Add to card button when only one digital item is present in the cart?

    Hi,
    I sell digital literature and logically every user need to purchase only once, aka Sold individually. The thing is when someone click Add to card from the Product page, in the Cart view I can still see the Add to cart button that is grayed out. I want it completely removed since quantity is not changeable. The items are always with Sold individually option checked.

    How can I remove this only when digital download items are present in the card / when items with Sold individually option are in the cart?
