    Hi,

How can I hide site admins, from the shortcode:
    [profilegrid_users]

In user_manager, I can’t deactivate these accounts (turning it to inactive) because then they can’t log in.

I already set them with privacy “only me”. In fact, individual profiles can no longer be viewed. However, they continue to appear in
    [profilegrid_users]

    Thanks.

    Hello @rcostabranco,

Thank you for writing to us.

Please configure the option “Hide My Profile From Groups, Directories and Search Results” to yes in the profile and then check.

This should help you with the problem. Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi, thanks for the feedback.

    Where is that option?
I can’t find it in the backend: /wp-admin/profile.php
Not even in the profile on the frontend.

The only thing I find in /wp-admin/profile.php
    is this: https://prnt.sc/26ktrbn

Which, as I said, didn’t work.

    Thanks.

    Hello @rcostabranco ,

Please Enbale the option “Allow Users to Hide Their Profiles from Directory and Groups” From “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> User Accounts” And then chech in user profile.

In front end user profile you may find this option under “Settings >> Privacy” tab.

Let us know if you still face any issues.

Okay, for this option to appear, I had to enable this option first:
“Allow Users to Hide Their Profiles from Directory and Groups”

In the admin profiles, I enabled the “hide” option. Solved the problem.

However, I don’t want this option to be available for other users. Will users have, somewhere in the frontend, the possibility to hide their profiles? If this option is only managed in the backend (by admins), the problem is solved. Otherwise, I solve one problem and create another.

    Thanks.

    Hello @rcostabranco,

Enable this option only when you are required to hide any user profile and then turn it off again when you are done, so users will not be able to hide their profile from the profile page at the front end.

    If I disable this option:
“Allow Users to Hide Their Profiles from Directory and Groups”

This option “Hide My Profile From Groups, Directories and Search Results” automatically disappears from edit users.
This wouldn’t be a problem if the plugin kept the profile hidden in [profilegrid_users]. The problem is that the profile reappears.

    Thanks.
