Hide AMP from admin menu

  • The last version added a new entry to the admin menu, under Dashboard, for AMP. I would like to hide it for specific roles (like contributors. They shouldn’t see that).

    I tried with
    remove_menu_page('ampforwp-welcome-page');

    As it didn’t work, I am asking for the right way to do it.

    P.S. Consider adding this for Administrators only in the upcoming updates.
