Hide Backend – 404 Error

Unable to login after Version 6.6 update.
https://mydomain.com/wp-login.php?itsec-hb-token=mytokenLogin attempt displays 404 Error page with WP Toolbar at top of page, however unable to access Dashboard.
Adding this to wp-config.php does nothing.
define( ‘ITSEC_DISABLE_MODULES’, true );Logout attempt fails.
