    Hi !

It seems that the “Hide bundled products on cart & checkout page” isn’t working as intended.

I confirmed I understood this option correctly by looking in the doc, and found this, that shows that the intended behaviour is indeed what I was looking for : https://doc.wpclever.net/woosb/faqs/11-hide-bundled-products-in-mini-cart-cart-checkout/

When using any option with “Yes”, to hide sub-products in the cart and only show the bundle, it doesn’t work : the sub-products are still shown in the cart.

When using “Yes, but shortly list…”, the short list is correctly displayed below the bundle name, but the sub-products are still displayed in the cart.

Morover, people can remove sub-products in the cart, and the bundle remains active, which allows people to remove products and still get the same discount, I think this shouldn’t happen neither ?

You can try this on the provided link, here are the current settings on the website : https://screenshots.clementgonin.fr/brave_adDgbIXKvv.png

    Hi @clementrectangle ,

I checked your site and found out the reason why. You are using the block-based theme or a block-based page editor. So the cart treats every subproducts as an individual item, which can be removed or increased/decreased. That is why the hidden options do not work.

Unfortunately, this is irresolvable for us at the moment since our developers said our plugin was not compatible with the block cart widget. You can check it again with any theme using the traditional cart or try the Classic editor to build another cart page. All the options for subproducts will work properly on that.

    Best regards.

    Ha, that’s unfortunate.

We don’t want to go back to the classic Woocommerce cart and checkout, the new block versions are far superior (faster to load, cleaner layout, more optimized for mobile use, …).

We will look into another solution then, thanks for your answer !

I just purchased the premium version of this plugin today. Now I am realizing that I am having the same issue mentioned by the OP in this thread. My site is using the Rehub theme.

Is making this plugin compatible with the block cart widget on the roadmap? If not, how do I request a refund?

    Hi @jesseislil ,

Unfortunately, our developers could not confirm when since this is a tough nut to crack for us for a long time though. The new block cart breaks the connection between the main bundle and subroducts so the prices, quantity and other settings are not working properly.

You can kindly make a new ticket under the Refund Request category on our Support Forum https://wpc.ticksy.com/ if you are not satisfied with our plugin.

    Best regards.
