Hide certain shipping costs

I am using Woocommerce 2.1.11 with WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping 2.6.10 and WooCommerce UPS Shipping Pro by IgniteWoo. Table Rates have been set for small shipment to use the Priority Mail but we ship larger packages UPS because it’s cheaper. Everything is working fine (the proper rates come up for the number of products chosen) but for the smaller packages meant to be shipped Priority Mail the Cart shows the Priority Mail cost set up in the table rate plugin and also shows the UPS rates which are higher. For bulk quantities not included in the rate table the correct UPS rates show up which is that I expect. Is there any way to fix this where the Priority Mail rate is the only one that shows up for the smaller shipments?
