• I noticed in the wordpress widget you can hide the chat bubble by using a false value, but I am trying to use the embed code below in my foot of my site and cannot figure out how to hide the chat bubble which covers up my social icons on the page, any help with adding the hide chat bubble code to this please?

    <!–Start of Zopim Live Chat Script–>
    <script type=”text/javascript”>
    window.$zopim||(function(d,s){var z=$zopim=function(c){z._.push(c)},$=z.s=
    d.createElement(s),e=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];z.set=function(o){z.set.
    _.push(o)};z._=[];z.set._=[];$.async=!0;$.setAttribute(‘charset’,’utf-8′);
    $.src=’//cdn.zopim.com/?JHIDDEN_FOR_SECURITY_PURPOSES’;z.t=+new Date;$.
    type=’text/javascript’;e.parentNode.insertBefore($,e)})(document,’script’);
    </script>
    <!–End of Zopim Live Chat Script–>

  • Hi zothecula,

    There is a way to hide Zopim bubble. But this is only possible if you have a premium account or if you are under the 14-day trial plan. Here’s how you can hide the bubble.

    1. Go to the theme editor
    2. Click on preferences
    3. Tick the box that says “Hide Chat Bubble” ( scroll down a bit if you’re not able to see it )

    Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything further – or you may chat with one of the friendly agents at https://www.zopim.com =)
