Hide Country on outgoing emails

I’m using “Additional Fields” and it’s adding those fields to the outgoing emails – that works perfectly. The problem is that it’s also adding “Country: US” to the top of the Additional Fields in the emails. Looking at the email source, I see:
Country: US
How should requested samples be shipped: Fresh
Delivery Method: FEDEX GROUND (Specify Date Required)How do I remove Country?
