Hide Default status of posts and Post to blog user_id?

Hi Allen,
My all posts status are Standard.
Is it possible to hide Status of posts from being visible to users and also hide WP Author of posts?
I found plugin to hide WP Author but I still have that line “By” visible.
Can I just place NONE inside the Post to blog user_id to haide it?
