Hide Default ‘Woocommerce / Theme Sale Badges Not Working w/ blocks?

  • Just started using this plugin and am very happy overall. I do have one question at the moment however.

    Plugin seems to work perfectly on category pages and individual product pages, but on our home page we use 2 product blocks; 1 displays featured hand-picked products, the other displays selected items on sale. It does not seem to matter what the type of block is, but the default theme sales badge still displays along with the custom one.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    Sorry for the delay, we have missed this thread. We have checked the same and seems like you have switched/deactivated the plugin, please let us know if you need any further help from our side.

    I’d opened a support ticket for a different bug and last week gave admin rights to someone on your team who requested it. I’ve yet to hear back. I’d deactivated your plugin until someone could tell me what was going on. Seems like you’ve got a good plugin, but your support/communication could be better.
