Hide Delivery option on checkout if cart sub total is less than 25 dollar

Hi,
will check if we can make a script for that in the free version

This code will disable the Delivery option if total amount in cart is below 300, (you can modify the amount in the code)

you have to add this code in your theme functions.php file

Is it possible when cart total is less than 25 dollar, than customer can see the delivery option but can not select and when click on it show display message. Need cart amount more than 25 dollar.
