Hide description from silgle product page

Hi I need hide description texts (both contents) from products in one category (now disabled category: “Energy”) – for exmaple on this product https://maserskepotreby.cz/produkt/seleniove-fluidum-15-ml/ – I need hide text under price to “Obsah:15ml” (html class:woocommerce-product-details__short-description) and under “Popis” to “Obsah:15ml”

I study someting about hooks but cant find solution.
I found hook “woocommerce_single_product_summary” and try to remove_action( ‘woocommerce_single_product_summary’, “second_parameter”) but I cannnot find this second parameter.
