    Hi,

I need to hide disabled accounts when I search for accounts in the directory.

How can I do this with a custom filter at the bottom of the config page?

    Hi There,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please note that you can remove the disabled accounts from the search results using the custom LDAP search filter. You just need to add “(!(userAccountcontrol=66050))” condition in your search in case you are using Microsoft Active Directory LDAP server.

In case you are using some other LDAP server than do let us know so we can help you with that.

Alternatively, you can reach out to us here to get in touch with one of our support engineer to help you configure the plugin.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for your answer, I’ve added the filter in “custom search filter” in configuration but all users are shown “not available”.

    Hi,

If possible, can you let me know the search filter you are using so I can check the syntax?

    Hi,

Can you try using this search filter : (&(mosearchfield=?)(!(userAccountcontrol=66050)))

Let us know if it works.
