    You can find download button name & remove from Javascript files

    Javascript File: /wp-content/plugins/html5-video-player-with-playlist/videoplayer/template-compressed.js

    Dear Sandeep,

    The appropriate file to modify is osmplayer.default.js, located in the videoplayer/templates/default folder.
