Hide email and phone number in posts

Hi guys,

I’m sure this has been asked before, but I cannot find a perfect plugin for this.

I run a directory/listing wordpress. I need to hide the email/phone number from visitors, for two reasons:
1. They need to login as a member first – so my data is not just stolen away.
2. Protect from bot

Is there a plugin that I can use to replace the email/phone number with a tag, so it will be displayed as a link <click here to login>. The link will lead to my login layer popup. Thank you so much for the contribution, guys.
