hide fields after update

I configured the simulator to make fields visible by default.
Thus facilitating the customer to see and fill in.
However, after filling in the address and clicking update, I would like the fields and the update button to be hidden.

Well, the above result will be displayed.
to make the screen cleaner, with less information, it would be interesting to do that.

And if you want to change the address, just click the “simulate shipping and term” button again.
