  • Hi @freddyeee

Thank you for reaching out — we’re happy to help!

how to hide certain fields in the billing form on the checkout page depending of the user country ?

Could you please elaborate further on that? Is there a plugin installed for achieving this, perhaps?

Feel free to include screenshots, so that we can see what you are describing.

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, https://snipboard.io is a good option – for uploading it there, and sharing the link here afterward.
There is also a walkthrough guide here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

Thanks, I mean like the postcode field for the billing details, to hide it from poeple from X country, but show it to people to Y country.

    Hi @freddyeee,

The postcode field is neessary for WooCommerce to work properly, it’s expected for both shipping and tax purposes. Simply hiding the field wouldn’t be enough, as you’d have to tweak with a lot of WooCommerce internal processing in order for it to work without that field (even more, making it conditional for some countries only).

Could you share more details as to why you’d want to hide this field? What’s your end goal here? Maybe we can look at this from another angle.

    Cheers!
