Hide Filter Button on Woocommerce shop page

    Hi, how can I can’t hide the filter and grid/list buttons on the woocommerce shop page?

    I saw that there is a checkbox under Customizing/ Woocommerce/ Archives but when I uncheck it the buttons are still visible. Is there something else I need to do to hide these buttons?

    The shop page is in maintenance mode, the only thing you see without beeing logged in would be the coming soon page, do you know of another kind of link I could share to show you the page? Or would a screenshot help? Sorry I’m new to website building^^

    In the archive section I only find DISPLAY FILTER BUTTON field to uncheck, which somehow has no effect on the page. Is there something else I have to do to hide that field?

    Update: Just found the solution to the problem.

    The reason for the problem was that I had the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin installed.

    I deactivated the plugin, unchecked the DISPLAY FILTER BUTTON in the woocommerce/archive section as suggested by oceanwp and reactivated the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin. Now everything works just fine and the Filter Button is gone as I wanted:)

    I think it was just a caching issue ??
