Hide Form after user subscribing in mailchimp

I have a dev site with a mailchimp form on it that was generated by Mailchimp for WordPress – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp.

I want to hide this form to the users that already subscribe on the form, in other words, users that already subscribe on the form will not see the form after they get back on the site.

Can someone help me on this, I’ve searched on web about this and they say the use of Cookies might work on it. Thanks in advance.
