Hide from subscriber-level users

Hi oldmankit, check every user’s account that is subscribed in your website. In their account you will see two options under Google Authentication Settings. Select Hide settings from user.

You can also use the Google Authenticator – Per User Prompt plugin if you want to hide the prompt from any user who doesn’t have GA activated, regardless of their role.
