Hide gallery on mobile devices

I have a gallery with customized links on one of my pages. In normal view it works like a (sub)menu.
In mobile view I would like to hide the gallery and show text instead.
How can I do this? I couldn’t figure out how to address the gallery as I didn’t find an ID or something like that.
