Hide “Hello ____” & “View Cart” on the Checkout Page

    Hi,

    Can anyone tell me how to remove the “Hello _____” & “View Cart” section that appears on the top of my checkout page?

    I want to hide all of this on the Checkout page, but for some reason I cant hide anything.
