Hide Helpful if user has already voted not working

I am using version 2.4.7.

The votes are being saved, I can see them on the Posts listing page. My Dashboard widget is not updating with any data however.

Edit: I also want to point out that I am using Helpful with the shortcode.

I figured out the issue! I am also on WP multisite and had network activated the plugin, however it needs to be activated on a site-by-site basis. Thank you for looking into this issue and responding so quickly.

Nevertheless, there will be an update, so I can find out the version itself in the future ?? In addition, I’m working on a “simple” theme, which is constructed as similar as your theme. (i use it in a similar way, only with buttons and text)
