Hide link from facebook share

I’ll like to know exactly how I can hide the generated link from facebook share.
I dont mind on twitter because by default, larger part of the link is hidden, but on facebook…the whole is shown..for instance:

This is too bulky and even though a url shortener is a temp fix…I dont like them as many people are careful of hidden links.
Any help will be hugely appreciated.
I dont mind geting down and dirty into source code…I can handle it, if shown where to go.
