Hide Login Area SLUGS?

In the “Hide Login Area” there are no fields to enter names slugs for the registration and management path. It is only for the login slug field.
Where / How to set the slug/path registration (registration) and management (wp-admin)?Is the secret key is no longer needed?
Please restore the previous (full) functionality!
