Hide Main Posts But Display In Widget Sidebar

I would like to hide the posts on the main blog page but just show them in the right sidebar via a widget (using Recent Posts Extended). Website is https://www.dnaclient.co.uk/rosspickle1/passionate-about-pickles/ .
Any help appreciated.
