Hide metabox in editor

  • Hi, this plugin places a metabox called:

    WPUpper Share Buttons

    with the option:

    [ ] Disable on this post

    In the editor screen.

    Unfortunately, this metabox also shows in the edit screen if a non-administrator user, eg if an Author role is using the editor screen, the metaxbox is still displayed.

    I cannot have non-admin users decide whether or not to disable WPUpper Share Buttons on a particular post.

    How do I remove this metabox in the editor?

    I tried using the remove_meta_box function but this does not seem to work.
