    And let me know if that works for you.

    Hi I have tried adding

    define( ‘BP_SHOW_DISPLAYNAME_ON_PROFILE’, false );

    to wp-config.php

    But Usernames still appear on members profile page. I’m using WP 3.7.1 Could you suggest another way please?

    I have the same problem. The plugin did not replace the name with username on the profile page in the header nor in the name field under “Profile”. Could you please help? I would greatly appreciate it.

    The plugin does not remove the @NAME in the profile header. BuddyPress uses this for at-mention functionality.

    If this isn’t the same issue as the @NAME thing, can you tell me what you mean? Take a screenshot, highlight the area that you are talking about and upload it. It is hard for me to determine what you mean based on your description.
