Hide “Other countries” option in select country area

Hi there, can you help me with this problem? I have a wp+woocommerce installation with Product Price Based On Countries plugin. I want to sell products ONLY in 3 countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy. So, my woocommerce settings are:

Country: Spain
Selling location(s) : Sell to specific countries (Spain, Portugal, Italy)
Shipping location(s) : Ship to all countries you sell to
Default customer location: Geolocate

And my PPBOC plugin settings are:

Price Based On: Customer billing country
Shipping: Apply exchange rates to shipping cost
Caching support: Load product prices in the background

Pricing zones:
ES – Spain – Euro (€) 1 EUR = 1.21 EUR
IT – Italy – Euro (€) 1 EUR = 1.22 EUR
PT – Italy – Euro (€) 1 EUR = 1.20 EUR
Countries not covered by your other zones – Default pricing and currency are used for countries that are not included in any other pricing zone. – Euro (€)

I can’t delete the option “Other countries”/”Countries not covered by your other zones”, so when i insert standart shortcode :

[wcpbc_country_selector other_countries_text=”Other countries”]

i see “Other countries” option in my select, but i do not to see it. Is there a variant of the shortcode not to show this “Other countries” option ?
