Hide Other User’s Uploads on upload.php

I’m looking to develop a plugin for a project that simply hides other user’s upload on upload.php. I just want a logged in user to only see his/her uploads, and not everyone’s uploads. Does anyone know of a filter or action that could help accomplish this task? If anyone knows of a plugin that does this, that would also be helpful.
