Hide Page from Navigation Bar

That seems to hide the navigation bar on a page, but I’d like to hide a page from the navigation bar.

I have a Contact Us page with a form that allows a visitor to send a message to me. When the message is sent I want the visitor to be redirected to a Thank You page. From the Thank You page the visitor can click on a link to another page on the navigation bar. There is no reason for anyone to GO TO the Thank You page by clicking on a link in the navigation bar. See what I mean?

It’s an older plugin but if it works – use it.
