Hide Pages From the menu

    Ok, I want to hide certian pages from the menu, but so their still accessable by users. Take a look,

    Ok, i want the Alnwick Castle Photo Gallery, And Coastering Photo Album to be hiden, and only accessable threw the hyperlinks on the photo gallery page.

    I did have them as drafts and private, which worked when im logged in, but once your logged out and viewing the site, their not accessable.

    Is this possible? if so how?
