Do you mean some admin menu items added by plugins?

Yes. The links on the left side of Admin page.
The clients can have the Administration permition, but won′t see the plugins installed

It is possible to achieve with Pro version admin menu access add-on:

While it does not allow to block anything to the built-in ‘administrator’ role, it’s possible to create a copy of ‘administrator’ role and apply needed restrictions to it.
