Hide post title and categories

  • Hello world!
    This is my first time posting, I just want to declare that I am a complete newbie in wordpress,with no experience coding whatsover, so your help would be much appreciated if you simplified matters to 0 level.
    My website: https://www.thegoldriders.com is built using Point Pro by MyThemeShopVersion: 2.0.
    And I want to remove the post titles and categories from being displayed on the website.
    If anyone could help, I would be so glad.
