hide posts from a specific category

    I have four posts categories “cat1”, “cat2”, “cat3” and “catHide”

    When I’m on the single post and I have the prev/next button I would like to hide all the post from the “catHide” so every single post that has the category “catHide” are not showing on the prev/next link navigation.

    I can hide the category “catHide” from all website a part the prev/next navigation on the single.php page. So if you have a page will all my posts in al the categories I can only see the “cat1”, “cat2” and “cat3” but as soon as I click on the post, inside that I have the prev/next navigation that show also the links to the “catHide” posts which I would like not to show them.
