Hide Recurring

I hid the tip jar button for now, while I test.

click the Check Weather button, then scroll to lower part of fancybox that appears.

tip jar button is on the lower left.

I want to hide or remove all 3 recurring tip options.

I also want to centre the box(es) that show the amount & country flag, and the One time only box.

Help?
