Please help, I can’t find any plugins, code, css, or advice on the internet.

We need to hide/remove the page views throughout the site; it is a new site/installation so it shows very low page views.

(Example: If you look at the bottom of this page “https://www.leshp.org/mafia-walking-tour/” right above the social media share buttons, it shows “Views: 368”.)

    Any advice appreciated.

That’s not a wordpress feature, so it’s a plugin doing it or your theme.

hPlease attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

Install “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

You can then turn things on, one plugin at a time, while viewing the page, to see what enables the counter.

Thank you very much for the response!

I now have a suspicion it is coming from the theme (called “travel agency”)… If I can’t track it down I’ll follow your suggestions.

    Much appreciated!
